A red cap, chequered sweater and partially red shoes is not an extraordinary outfit. It is not “special”, “extra” or “out-of-this-world” for that matter either.
It irritates me how deeply the lack of imagination runs.
To clarify; baggy (large) pants, turn-ups (folded), a red-and-white chequered knitted garment (well over 20 years old), a red cap from the same brand and era, including shoes from another manufacturer does not constitute a fashion revolution.
It is a late nineties ultra conservative “hip-hop” look. I wear it simply because I like it. And I bought the damn things to begin with. If you look closely at the picture you can see the logo/brand in black to the right.
The rest? That is just ridiculous. I mean it has to end sometime, right? It is 2017? There must be another World full of surprises and magical things for everyone to discover?
“I took my entire family to the hamburger “restaurant” near the roundabout in the suburb in the middle of nowhere on an early Saturday evening. I even treated mother and then…
I saw… a man wearing a red knitted sweater and, a baseball cap in matching colour (one-size-fits-all)! He was wearing a red sweater and a cap! I’m not 100% sure, but I think he may have been listening to music as well.
I think that he may have been wearing portable music things on his head. Like phones for the head. Headphones? Then it all got a bit confusing. I mean he may even have had partiality red shoes on his feet.
I’m not 100% sure about that though… I can’t say really. It got somewhat confused from there-on-after. The cap, sweater and shoes were red… the glasses were black, the watch and headphones too.”
It is still not extra. Désolée. C’est toujours pas extra. However, it is pathetic and quite frankly embarrassing. Stockholm, my very own Metropolis.
