I don’t want to waste 32GB of RAM and superior computing power…
Maybe I could just change the entire LCD assembly instead? And then switch back the HDD and keyboard to the original configuration?
Yes, I am referring to: Unit One and unit Two.
Mm, I said I would not attempt it but since performance supersedes everything and they are practically identical.
Take them apart and then reassemble them. 32GB or 8GB? They’re machines, right? They were assembled at some point?
Create a Frankenstone T510/W510? It is a project in progress. I’ve taken the W510 apart and that was simple enough using the hardware maintenance manual.
I suspect that most people do not understand how complex the machines have become. As long as they are constructed and assembled by humans.
But when they construct and assemble themselves? I guess we will all be in trouble, and I do mean in deep, deep trouble. You don’t understand?
Automation is moving at a pace that should make everybody happy/worried. I have been told from a realible source that the singularity will occur within my lifetime.
I have been given a gurantee that it will occur within my expected life-span and I do believe it to be true. When that happens, it will literally be a Brave New World…
